Capital One’s Art Program invites you to view the Fourth Annual Colors of Life photo contest supporting Instituto Neurologico de Guatemala (Institute of Neurology of Guatemala), a private non-profit organization actively providing and giving assistance to underprivileged children with special learning needs.
